CHANGE, CHANGE & CHANGE THAT IS
NECESSARY & THE NECESSARY CHANGE!
If, as a citizen
of this still great Country, it is not apparent to you by now (you must be half-dead) what the
Marxists/Socialist course our government expansion road it is on, it is
absolutely frightening. And, all this is knowingly and intentionally
orchestrated by the three Marxist dwarfs, Obama, Pelosi and Reid and the other
far left Congressional Liberals who are forcefully directing our Country on the
road to a sweeping Marxist movement.
These often ill-advised
and totally flawed Liberal electoral governmental legislative body do-gooders
despise entrepreneurialism above all else, unless of course it is good for
their own personal pocketbook (this has been manifested by the likes of Al
Gore). Should we hate them?? NO, but we should despise their mistaken and
totally misguided mental acuity and their cowardly aims at social reform.
I hope, I even beseech,
that by now you must be aware that there are only a few things that are obtainable
to right minded Americans and these are absolutely mandatory to bring about the
change that is
necessary to defeat these insane revolutionary transformations being perpetuate
upon us, we the citizens of the U.S.A.
Conservatism is
far, far too important to leave it to the present Republican Party leaders of
their leadership or supervisorial direction. They are nice people but are
mostly ineffectual to real conservative ideals and far too i-political). We
need to be our own watchdog to enact our correct conservative movement principles.
No I’m not
crazy, nor should I be considered a politically partisan. I am far from
political; I am just a staunch conservative. I am so very, very concerned about
what we are leaving to our grandchildren and their descendants. I am still
confident that like-minded people (Democrats as well as Republicans) will stand
up and do the right thing for this Country at the ballot box.
The answer is to prevent all these Marxist Liberals, now in power and
their proclivity to liberal change, we must get started on the conservative changes
and this to be managed and administered
by the superior intellect of the Conservative movement mentors.
We, the members of the Conservative movement will
have to become more forceful in the managerial direction of the RNC (Republican
National Committee). And this must be followed strongly by changing the conduct
of the more patsy Republicans who now represent so many of us in both houses of
Congress. The large majority of these elected officials (on both sides of the
aisle) has never been in the
private sector and as such has never had to meet a payroll. How can we rely on
anyone of them to establish, write, administer and oversee our laws and control
the spending of our tax money?
You must remember and be sure that each Republican nominee knows and
completely understands that they are only “temporary stewards of the Country”
and as such they must be held, feet to the fire, to the conservative standards
throughout their tenure.
One of the more important issues for
government medaling in the private sector is when Government applies pressure
and coercion which takes the place of competition, and the ultimate result is
always and continuously less choice at
higher costs.
These changes are not going to be easy and they can’t be done
over night but they must be put into some form of numeral priorities and should
not be out of our sight and minds for any length of time.
By the way, and don’t
forget this extremely important point, the correct way to talk about or refer
to the Democrat Party (which is how it is registered) is this – “They are the
party of the Democrats” or “the Democrat Party”. They are NOT the Democratic*
Party.
[*Democratic: An adjective: of, relating to, or supporting
democracy or its principles :
democratic reforms | democratic government / favoring
or characterized by social equality; egalitarian]
As can be seen from the
above American dictionary terminology they are not, nor do they act democratic in any manner, way, shape
or form! So, now be sure you don’t make the major blunder or faux pas of
referring to them as democratic.
Democratic they are Not!
The
first of these steps of necessary change is as follows:
1. Mandatory Congressional Term Limits:
·
This will be
extremely difficult to enact as the Congress alone has the sole authority to
vote on this type of legislation. (Conservative candidates must pledge their
allegiance to this most important subject matter.)
·
Senate Members
can serve no more than 2 (6yr.) terms.
·
House Members
can serve no more than 6 (2yr.) terms.
·
None can ever
rerun for any other elective Federal Branch Office(s).
·
The President
can at a future point in time appoint these past elective Federal office
holders to a non-electoral office or position.
·
Our Founding
Fathers never had in mind career politicians we are now completely entrenched
with, and that they should remain in office as their sole and only career. The
Founding Fathers wanted knowledgeable business people to serve their Country
for only a short period of time and than return to the private sector (the
sector that earns money, not taxes it). Today’s politicians serve in Congress
for so many years that it leads to all types of corruption. (A wise man once
said and it’s so true; Politics is corrupt and the longer you are in politics the
more corrupt you become!)

Your can send the
correct and proper message to your local delegate(s) and of course most
important refusing to contribute financially to the RNC for their campaigns and
this is of immensely great importance to decline to contribute to the RNC
unless they see the light. This will ensure that our elected candidates will
endorse and vote positively regarding vital democracy saving conservative principles.
2. Repeal the Present Income Tax System and Change to a
National Expenditure
or Consumption Tax:

The most
important aspect of this change is that this change would assure
that all U.S. Residents would pay at least some of their fair share of
taxes.
·
This would
additionally guarantee that the massive and I mean gargantuan underground cash
basis network would be deprived of their deceptive practices to steal from all
of the loyal tax payers and they must finally contribute to our treasury through
their consumption of goods, service and products just like the rest of us.
·
The only
people in this Country that could possibly or would object to this income tax
repeal would be the liberal congressional Representatives and Senators who want
to tax and spend those ill-gotten monies on vote getting social programs and
also of course the accounting firms who specialize in Federal tax accountability.
Oh yes, I forgot to mention the many millions who presently pay no taxes at all
and get subsidies, grants, financial assistance and support to assure their
Democrat vote in the next election. And here I thought buying votes was
illegal. What a fool I am!
·
U.S.
Corporations would pay a fixed tax on their produced products and this would in
all probability reduce their yearly tax bills and this would not add to the
cost of these goods, plus keeping prices down and foreign competition in check.
·
Foreign
Corporations would pay a nominal tax fee on the same types of products, goods
and services imported.
·
Deductions for
house mortgages, charitable deductions, etc., will continue and will deductable
at the end of each year.
·
Higher tax rates imposed by Congress continually impose higher impact economic
costs.
·
And now through the our outlandish tax system exemptions and
concessions loop holes have frequently resulted from the pursuit of non-revenue
generation objectives, particularly social(ist) and industry assistance
objectives, and at this point in time increasingly environmental ones.
A national consumption tax is far better than the
proposed flat tax that a number of well-intentioned politicos and pundits have
proposed. One of the instinctive problems with the present tax system is that for any given revenue
need, more and more exemptions and additional concessions necessitate higher
statutory tax rates that damages and harms everyone in the long run.
A flat tax, (while much better than the present tax
system), would continue to allow Congress to give unfair tax exceptions, used
by liberals in Congress, to again gift the supposed poor (which is their voting
base) so a great majority of them will again pay NO taxes. Sorry but that is
wrong --- so very, very wrong!
Everyone in America should
pay some Federal tax to conduct and operate the functions only necessary to run
our Country and only the consumption tax does that.
3. Actual Time Spent Campaigning for President and
Congressional Offices Must be
Dramatically Shortened:
·
The present
campaigning time allotted by our parties must be Dramatically Curtailed and
Endorsed to Reduce the Costs Associated with Campaigning for Federal Offices.
·
Today, typical
Senatorial Candidates must raise approximately $50,000 to $100,000 each day
they are in congressional session for their re-election (and that means they
are not conducting the peoples business, however, that might be good as most
don’t correctly conduct the peoples business anyway.)
·
Adjustment of
a reduction of monies spent to campaign for Presidential and Congressional
Office terms is beyond any comprehensive realism and actuality.
·
Fairness
regarding number of TV spots each candidate can run during the allotted campaigning
time periods.
·
Each and every
over-the-air station must give equal time and time slot for each party
representative during the campaigning time period.
4. Presidential Line Item Veto:
·
This is truly
necessary as a check against the outlandish spending by Congressional
spendthrifts (both Democrat and Republican office holders) who are only buying
votes for their next reelection with your money for their next term in Congress.
·
This must be
passed again by Congress and put again in front of the Supreme Court for a
positive adjudication prior to the balance of the Court going back to the
Liberal element.
5.
501C4’s
& Pac type organizations must not be allowed
to contribute unlimited sums of money to political
campaigns – the monetary limit
must be caped at the
individual
limit.
·
It requires
far too much money to run for political office
Today -- as an
example; a typical Senatorial race now
requires over
$50 million and how would they not be
beholding to these
financial backers who contribute such
enormous funds?
6. The Republican National Committee (RNC) must help
select the Conservative
representatives, throughout the
U.S., that can be elected to bring
about seats taken away
from the Democrats.
·
The only
chance the Republican Party (it’s a pity it is not referred to as the
Conservative Party) has for its own future success to pick true Conservatives
to run in the races against Liberal and now the more Socialist Democrats.
·
The RNC should
take a more aggressive position in the choosing of state candidates and should
focus on the removal of the Senatorial Republications who have and continue to
jump ship and voted with the Liberal Democrats on bills such as the Stimulus
funding bill and other Liberal functioning. It would be better to lose these
seats temporally so these turncoats can no longer have the privilege to be
Senators.
The people of this still great Country must now be heard. It’s now time for all
right minded people (Democrat and Republican) to insist upon their State
Governments to defy the Feds starting with the Healthcare debacle where the
Feds do not have this authority to pass and mandate healthcare. Second, demand
that your State Legislators threaten to amend the Constitution. Third, abolish
the Income Tax. And fourth, we should insist upon to nullify all the laws
Congress has passed over the years, which they had no positional authority to do
so and there are thousands upon thousands of these ill-advised laws.
By the way, most of this attacking or the taking away from and the abolition
of the private sector, private property, and our magnificent free enterprise/entrepreneurial system
was started during the FDR New Deal time, accelerated by the LBJ Great Society
and now on the expeditious fast track of Obama’s socialist agenda. As can now
be seen, in session after session of Congress, we are surrendering our liberty
and as a consequence government gains ground upon us.
Thomas Jefferson said:
“When the people
fear their government there is Tyranny --
When the government fears the people
there is Liberty!”
It is very important that you know and understand that we are a
REPUBLIC and not a democracy. A democracy can and will, as has been
historically shown eventually leads to tyranny. And for any of you on the wrong
side of the issues before you get carried away with the wonderful socialist
agenda by Obama and this Congress you must read the Constitution and in
particularly section 8 shown below. In it, the founding fathers gave Congress
18 principal items of power that they were put in charge of and to oversee.
However, over the years they have usurped those powers bestowed upon them.
Approximately 75% of what they presently tax and spend administering our monies
cannot be found on this list of powers in Section 8 – the Powers of
Congress. Just to point out a few
of these, concealed by design and continually over stepping their powers, they
now manage car companies, bailout and run banks, subsidize farms, protect
organized unions, determine compensation for executives and now demanding that
all residents, (including that we the proper citizens of the U.S. as well as
the give away to illegal aliens), must use their government mandated health
care system.
Section 8 - Powers of Congress
The Congress shall
have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to
pay the Debts and provide for the common Defense and general Welfare of
the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and
Excises shall
be uniform throughout the United States;
To borrow money on the
credit of the United States;
To regulate Commerce
with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes;
To establish an
uniform Rule of Naturalization, and uniform Laws on the subject of Bankruptcies
throughout the United States;
To coin Money,
regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of
Weights and Measures;
To provide for the
Punishment of counterfeiting the Securities and current Coin of the United
States;
To establish Post
Offices and Post Roads;
To promote the
Progress of Science and useful Arts, by securing for limited Times to Authors
and Inventors the exclusive Right to their respective Writings and Discoveries;
To constitute
Tribunals inferior to the Supreme Court;
To define and punish
Piracies and Felonies committed on the high Seas, and Offenses against the Law
of Nations;
To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and
Water;
To raise and support
Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for a longer Term
than two Years;
To provide and
maintain a Navy;
To make Rules for the
Government and Regulation of the land and naval Forces;
To provide for calling
forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and
repel Invasions;
To provide for
organizing, arming, and disciplining the Militia, and for governing such Part
of them as may be employed in the Service of the United States, reserving to
the States respectively, the Appointment of the Officers, and the Authority of
training the Militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress;
To exercise exclusive
Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten
Miles square) as may, by Cession of particular States, and the acceptance of
Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States, and to
exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the
Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Building of Forts,
Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other needful Buildings; And
To
make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution
the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers vested by this Constitution in the
Government of the United States, or in any Department or Officer thereof.
Do you want to bet on the
real costs of the medical program? If
the people only knew what was really going on in this Obama healthcare debacle
there wouldn’t even be an issue. However they don’t know or even worse they mostly
don’t care. If they (our illustrious Marxists/ Socialist congressional leaders
and political follower sheep) if they really wanted to fix the healthcare
problems they would start by doing two important changes; 1st - They should enact substantial
and significant tort reform (they won’t because of the trial lawyers financial
influence upon the Democrats but we the Conservative can get it done). 2nd
– They should set a financial goal each year for the next five years and this
goal would be to reduce the fraud and waste out of our present Medicare and
Medicaid programs until it is reduced by approximately 85% (I truly believe you
can’t ever get all the fraud out of any government program).
I would suggest that each of you take some time to look at the basis
of your freedom here in the United States of America. Just go to any of the
Internet search engines and type in U S Constitution.
In closing, I wonder if the President and
for that matter the Congressional Members of Congress really understand or know
the true meaning of the oath of office they swear to with their hand upon the bible.
From the true written word of our Constitution: Before he enter on the
Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation: "I
do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of
President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve,
protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."
